Product Options, Dynamic Dropdown Menus?

Currently, I'm working on finding a way to incorporate a dynamic dropdown menu for product options, so when a customer lands on a product page, there are two dropdown menus ("make" and "color"). When the customer selects the first dropdown menu for their Car Make, the second dropdown menu will display only colors that apply to that Car Make. Is there an extension that would enable this? If not, does anyone have any suggestions?
