Can we have a "Core Hacks" forum category?

I'd love to see a "Core Hacks" forum category for things that aren't full contributions, but just simple little enhancements that can be made to the core, in the hopes that they'll be included in the offical core in future versions.

Some examples of hacks would be:
  • - The logged in welcome message
  • - Limit Latest and Specials to only show items in stock
  • - Adding Cart and Checkout buttons in sidebox cart
just a name a few.

Typically I use the title with some more or less unofficial tags for my releases
I call core hacks "mods" as it is a modification of code
Typical forum title: [MOD] - Blah blah v1.3.2

I call modules/payments/shipping "contribs" as they use the opencart module system and don't require editing of any core code
Typical forum title: [CONTRIB] - Blah blah

I suppose under the Contributions forum there could be a sub forum for core hacks/mods

True, that's one way to do it. But as OC matures and a better CONTRIB system is built in, it would still be nice to keep those separate from MODS.
