Google Adwords Tracking Code

Hi,

I would like to add Google Adwords tracking code to track conversions. I'll have 2 seperate tracking codes, 1 for purchases and 1 for signups. The URL's are index.php?route=account/success and index.php?route=checkout/success.

The only problem is these files do not exist, I think they are being processed from within other files. So my question is can anyone tell me exactly where to paste these codes?
