after installation table rate module, now when you go to admin panel EXTENSIONS---SHIPPING---TABLE RATE SHIPPING I can not activate, edit end make enable. What should I do

What Open cart Version are you using?
If its 1.5.x The old Table Rate doesnt work.
Here's what I created
Subtotal Table Rate Extension Module
Works for 1.5.3 and im pretty sure for all the 1.5.x
