Wondering if anyone has tried this.
Example:
I am in the US.
US Shipping = $4.99 for 1st item and lets say +1.00 for each additional one.
and
International Shipping = 10.99 for 1st item +2.00 for each additional item.
Is there a way this can be implemented on opencart?
