Im having an issue when a customer tells me he has a problem during check out, so i try to log in with their login info (email/password), i have all the info but the password, how can i get the password without having to be asking the customer. Is there a way to store the password visible in the system?
In the admin panel under Sale > Customers there is a 'Login to Store' with drop down boxes, going to the customer and choosing the store will open a new tab with you logged in as the customer.
