Cant log on to my account

Hi maybe someone can help, I´m desperate. I can´t lo on to my account, it just returns the logon page with empty boxes. I´ve tried to change the pasword and the recovery function works ok, but the new password does the same. I have some problems with products that donnt show with this error.

Your disk space may be full. Check your tmp folder on your FTP from your root account and try to free some disk space.
Note: Do NOT delete / alter the tmp folder itself - only what's inside.

This error may also be known if you share your mySQL install. Assure to use your database as a unique user.

Where is the tmp folder located

Depending on the Linux OS your web hosting provider may be using, the best solution would be to contact them in order for them to guide you. However, If you're also using cPanel File Manager, most of the time, you can see it if you can't see under FTP already.
