help orders not submitting

hello everyone, new to opencart

I am having a problem with orders not submitting when placed. using paypal, paypal allows payment but my opencart installation does not log an order or send me the notification email. Iwill list my error log below, but it seems to only reflect "bestseller" errors. I thought maybe my database wasn't linking but the system is allowing customer accounts to be created. The only thing I can think of durring installation is instead of localhost for database location I had to enter the backoffice url location of my database instead. This was the only way I could get installed because opencart could not connect until I did this. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

I changed the url addresses to myurls instead of my actual server, thanx

you need to make your cahce directory writable and same with the log directory.
