1. I would like to offer free shipping for the order value (after discount) of above 600. And charge 50 as shipping cost for order value less than 600. During the checkout process the customer should be able to see the 50 charge for order below 600 and customer should be shown 'Congratulations Free shipping' message when order above 600. How can this be done?
