Can't add products

hey guys need help asap I can't add products right now and i have to add like 900 before friday all help great fully received thanks to all

all that happens is that it comes back with this "Warning: Please check the form carefully for errors!"

great now when i click insert at the products area its blank fml

and i can't edit current products either
