hello. actually i dont know if this is a bug or server problem, but i try to post it here just to know if there's someone had same problem with me..

there's a chance about 30% when i access my website it appear this message and need to refresh the page to load the page normally.. here the message..
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@**********.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
please help me, if this is not a bug.. please someone give me information how to fix this problem.. thank you..

nb: i am using oc 1.5.3.1

Well, as noted, it's an internal server error (500), additionally it says that there is no page for the error document 500 and that generated the 404 not found. If you are actively editing the site and checking your changes, this will happen quite regularly on some servers due to network, memory, and file cache settings internal to the server. Fix your server by adding the appropriate ErrorDocument in a form, (SSI or Javascript), that can report more fully on where the issue may be ... and check your server error log because sometimes it will actually point to the problem!

Easy solution, contact your host. Or just change your host. And you didn't create a custom error handler from your cPanel that is why you get the additional 404 error, which is not important right now.

so the conclusion is that the problem is on the host not at OC..
