Altering the product page to include some additional text

Hi everyone.
I wonder if you can help me.
I am running the latest opencart, through various shops and would like to alter the product page.
On the product there is a field under the price that says "Ex tax, <price>". I would like to alter it to say "Price including VAT at 20%" which would refer to the price above as being inclusive of the VAT.
If I have to edit the raw files, this will be fine. We have access to the root HTML, CSS, and PHP files.
