I need someone to write code or a module for me

I have a site,
www.sewgirlieinc.com and one each product page you have to choose fabric, font, thread color etc when ordering. I need to have a box so that the customer can type in whatever they want monogramed on the product (name or monogram or initial). Can anyone help me? I would appreciate any help I can get.

I looked at it, but then decided to write my own extension for another project which not only needed text options, but also multi-choice options, and image options soon to come. See for example

Excellent.. I had been dreading making this mod. It was a pain for me to make in 0.x and I figured it would just as painful to make in 1.x .... so Im glad you made it

At the moment it only exists in a heavily customized flavor of Opencart 1.2.8 but when I have time I can extract the changes needed for the additional option types and port it to the most current Opencart version.
