Charged and Free Shipping in some cities or under a zone

Hi guys,

I'd like to ask if there are extensions for free and charged shipping within different cities or areas under a zone.

For example:
I would give a delivery fee of RM10.00 for areas like Hulu Langat which is under the zone of Selangor from Malaysia. Also a different charge on Sungai Buloh of RM15.00 which is under of Selangor zone also.
How can I set this up in opencart?

When checking out, it should be automatically charged base on the address that the customer entered.
