Is there anything like a 'Thank You Page' or Order Confirmation Page that the customer can be shown after checking out and payment?

It's already there. Do a test order. It's the success.tpl template.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

I am using one extension asking me for the URL of the thank you page. So what do I use? The URL for that thank you page above is the following.

You can edit the success.tpl and/or associated language files any way that you want.
The url depends on what you are providing the success page for. For Paypal and most payment processors, you just need to use the main domain of your store (domain.com), some may need the full path to the success page - copy the one you got when you did the test order removing the session data so domain.com/index.php?route=checkout/success. You might have to try both and see which works.

Make sure you select "Begins with" match type and do not use "%2f" in the goal url instead of "/" while setting up Goals.

You can also setup the Goal funnel using below two URLs.
Shopping Cart: http://www.example.com/cart
Checkout: http://www.example.com/checkout
Goals and funnel are successfully tested in http://www.v5jewellery.com/

Yes, you should Redirect to Thank You Page or Order Confirmation Page after checkout.
