Hey,

New to this. I checked some of the FAQs and tutorials. I found the area where you can upload downloads. I have a 1.5 gig item that I wish to sell in the store but for some reason the upload stopped and I saw no window that explained why.

1. Can you sell media downloads in the store?
2. If I already uploaded them to the server is there a way to set that up in the store?

Dude that seems like an awful big file. I have uploaded files that are a few MB and have not had any problems. There is no size limitations in opencart. However, you will need to check with your webhost to see if they limit you. They probably cut you off just prior to 1GB

It is a media file that is for sale. If they did cut me off is there a way to just sell it once it is uploaded to the server. It is a mp4. I am completely new to this service so if it doesn't support the sale of mp4s let me know. Thanks.

you can sell any digital service there
in case of mp4 you can also play demo video and show screen shots (with some custom mods)
but you have to define MAX_filesize in php.ini

Thanks for the replies. I am unfortunately not very tech savvy at all. So can anyone point me to a vid or a tutorial about how to get this put up as a product or where I go to do this? Thanks again.
