There's already a check box next to the terms and conditions during checkout... You want to be checked by default, or...? If you can explain a little bit more what you actually want to achieve...

we are a hire company and want to add a mandatory check box about collections so during checkout the customer has to tick the check box for the T&C and another box about Collections.
