not as standard no, you would need to modify the way it works so you could update the output image based on options.
Prob use something like SVG rendering.
There is an SVG image extension which may do what you require, i dont know how advanced the extension is.
I did see someone post a link to a nother ecommerce site where you have the ability to do what you require but i forget the url.
Think it was something like Openprint or Openshop.

OpenShop brings a lot of new functions to OpenCart, but not editing visit cards online 
You can create different product options (like person name and contact data, uploadable image and so on). While adding product (say, visit card) to Basket, customer will fill all that info in - and you will get it along with order.
