Is there any way of extracting the orders data in some sort of a feed format?

I need to complete a spreadsheet for a company called feefo who are asking for several bits of information to gain customer feedback.

attached is a copy of the data needed.

Also has anyone here had any experiences with the company feefo and their services? would be interesting to find out.

Depends on how automated you need this. If you need it to be automated then you need to set up a procedure that generates a .xls on the fly and sticks in in a folder on the server. I have something similar that generates XML order data for shipping facility. If it doesn't need to be automated then use this extension:
