Record of Sent Emails

Is there anyway to see/keep a record of emails that have been sent out from the site? I need to know who vouchers have been sent to. I've been through the forum and the extensions and can't see anything. I thought that the BCC vqmod might do it but it seems to be only for emails sent to the store not by it. I'm using 1.5.3.1.

If you want a bare bones way you could access your email logs from CPanel/whm, or plesk.
If you want it on the Open Cart side it would take a little coding.

Thanks. There isn't a quick and easy way of viewing the email logs from the CPanel either apparently. I'll just have to get them to make a manual note of who they've been sent to.
