2 Extension Adjustments

Im running opencart version 1.5.3.1

Id like to purchases the following 2 extensions but they are lacking features which I require to operate. Im hoping someone could adjust them to support what I need. I contacted the extension developer but he says he has no time to update them and any developer should be able to help me. Of course Im will to pay for these features.

I love this extension and I already called USPS and I can use this extension. The problem is I don't know what my customers will order and what I will need to use to package the merchandise. I need to be able to enter how many ounces my package weighs after it is packed before I print the label. I made a little picture to help explain.
