OCart Product Excel Module

I have purchased the module Ocart Product Excel for importing products via excel spreadsheet.
After following all of the install instructions, I receive the following error when attempting to upload an excel file (based on their sample file) to Open Cart ...

I have emailed their support at contact@opencartart.com a couple of times and have gotten no response... if anyone has any ideas how to resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated!
