REQUEST: Periship.com Shipping Module

I have a client that needs to integrate Periship.com's shipping API into OpenCart. Would anyone be available to create an OpenCart shipping addon to work with their API? If so, what would be your quote and turn around time?

Just so that you can have an idea of what the API looks like, I found a free Zen Cart module so that you can see the code and what it entails (https://www.numinix.com/zen-cart-module ... ing-module). I can also get all of the API documentation from Periship for you.
