Anyone who have a guess the reason behind this problem?

When installing, every reguriments are "green" and the installation seems to be done great, but when I choose to see store front or demo, Im automatically redirected back to the installation process again..

Very thankful for help

I guess I found the reason..
When listing the files that need to be writable in the pre-installation page, the filea are listed like this:
eg:
D:\Webs\LocalUser\domain.com/system/cache/

Maybe that is the reason?

Nah, that should be fine.

The install fires if config.php is empty... more so the HTTP_SERVER constant

Sounds more like the config.php file could not be written do. Be sure all file/folder statuses say "Writeable" on the first install page

Hmm, booth config files are empty when uploaded, and all all files says "writable"

I shall also tell, that all files are downloaded from one server, and uploaded to another (a live store has been downloaded)

This kind of installation has been working before, when downloaded from one server, and uploaded to another.
This time, its a new hosting company. Maybe that has something to do with it?

After discussing with you and trying it out myself, it appears the server is not letting you chmod any files and not allowing writing. Contact them.

I had this same problem while testing recently.

Here is how I fixed it:

1. Close all browsers
2. delete all cookies/internet cache
3. delete install files / purge database
4. reupload them
5. redo the install procedure

I think it happened because I did an install, then did it again in a different directly as I was testing.
