Moving from Cubecart to Opencart & also custom design

Hi all

I have a website currently on cube cart, with just under 700 products and approximately 300 customers. I would like to import these to open cart. I have just read a post on here and have contacted a member for a price and info. I have been quoted $49, is this a reasonable price?

Secondly, i have not had my open cart website built yet as i am looking for a custom theme. I have been quoted $750 by a website called www.opencartstuff.com. Does anyone know if these are legitimate or can someone offer a better price?

any help much appreciated, as you can tell i am very new to open cart.

Also, $49 for Product/Customer migration is a good price.

I am also doing a CubeCart to OpenCart migration. I Would love to know who is doing the data migraton for $49 and if that works out please refer them to me...I have over 8000 products =(

As for your theming, the offer you got is very fair but I would love to discuss doing your theme at a lower cost to you if interested

$49 for moving cubecart to opencart is very cheap price, it should be the best offer until it's not fake. For a custom theme i can offer you more competitive price then you have.

Well, I think the guy was referring to http://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/. There's good and bad reviews about the site though.

With regards to themes, some offer lower cost, some offer around $700.
