I have one product to sell and I want to make that product in main page and remove categories because I do not have any.
How do I do this?

i admin go to extensions > modules > categories
you can disable them here. if it is in the top menu and you want to remove it go to catalog > category > data tab
uncheck "TOP" this should remove categories.
to set your one product as home page try this. in your product setup design tab set the Layout Override to home.
