tried to install module but can't access modules at all now

I was trying to install a module. I use Ipage, and Filezilla. I have Opencart version 1.5.2.1. I unzipped the file, and downloaded just the module into my file manager, under store, admin, controller, module.
It didn't add it to the modules list under extensions, so I deleted it under the file manager, but now I get the following error message when I try to access the modules logged in under the Opencart administration-
Notice: Error: Could not load language module/clickdesk!in /hermes/bosweb/web117/b1171/ipg.beefriendlyfiberscom/Store/system/library/language.php on line 39. Any help in layman's terms would be great! Thanks.

Clickdesk was the module, but I guess you can gather that from the error.

upload back the files. you are missing a language file.

If you use other language , please upload modules into your languege

I'm probably just not doing something right, hence, my name, but why is is still messing up getting into my modules if I've deleted the file. I'd really like to forget I attempted this.
