Tax_ID Missing in Default OC 1.5.3.1

Hi,
For some reason the option to add a Tax ID (Vat Number) is not appearing on my OC 1.5.3.1 install. I am using the default theme to test at the moment.
I have enabled the relevant settings in System>Setting>Store>Option>Taxes
It should be appearing below Company ID

Any ideas anybody?

You can enable additional fields per customer group. Goto admin->sales->customers->customer groups->edit

These 1.5.3.x are good improvement to manage VAT but I still think my contribution is a little bit more complex... and it allows to manage discount separetely by registration customer groups...

Anyway, I will see to create a new contribution based on these new opencart features soon (maybe).
