Drop Down Selectbox on Information page

Hi, anyone can teach me how to do a dropdown like this http://www.snjgift.com/conceptstore.aspx on my information page? Because can let customer to choose it and see our outlet location etc..

You'd need to hire someone help you with that. It also depends on whether you want the select box to load dynamic locations, or just static. It matters because you go from needing to work the back end to only needing to work the front end.
