Is voucher gifts working or I am doing something wrong?

Hi all,

I am trying to use voucher gifts but I don't get it working:

Opencart 1.5.2.1 or 1.5.3:

- I buy a voucher gift (this is ok)
- I send the recipients e-mail the notification with the voucher gift code (this is ok)
- I try to buy something using that voucher gift code but it keeps saying me it is not valid.

What am I doing wrong?

Hey man, I went through your routine both with acting a customer purchasing a voucher from the front end and an admin creating a voucher and sending it. I couldn't replicate your error at all. Do you have custom theme involved? Updates? Anything?

No, is opencart 1.5.3 new installation. no themes. no custom coding. It is strange. I think I am doing something wrong but I don't know what.

I just happen to have access to a 1.5.3 shop and I still could not replicate your error. How about give me admin login if you feel comfortable. Send to PM

After logging in to your admin and creating a voucher I was able to use mine just fine lol.

Vouchers are only valid when the status of their order is equal to the "completed" status set in the System->Settings->Options tab
