Moving Opencart / Admin panel text and images not working

What could it be the problem?
I've just changed my hosting. So, i moved my all files and my sql file.
Totally I didn't have any poblem but the admin area did not appear effectively.
when I press CTRL+A, it is the only way to see the headings.
What could it be the solution? Please help me.

Edit: I've just checked my both config.php file and everything seems OK.
