Open Card Image Loading Problem (Slow Loading)

I am having Problem regarding image uploader. when i go for Browse Image ,it takes a long time to show up . I am using Fiber Broadband DSL Internet Connection ,so i don't think that it may be problem with my internet connection. If someone Knows the solution ,then please Let me know. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

If you have either a large number of folders or a large number of images in a single folder it can slow down dramatically.

Are there any scripts or extensions that can fix this slow problem?
