I want to add coupons to severall categories. So I check every box the coupon needs to apply for and save.
However, my changes are not committed, when I re-edit the coupon to check all the boxxes are unchecked again.
How can this be?
That category selection option is only used for adding particular categories products for your coupon. By default its adding products into the database not categories so you can see your selected products but could not find its category selection in category option.

I know, but then I should be able to see the products for which the coupon is valid.
However I don't see them as well. So whats wrong?
Also I checked the table coupon_product and coupon but there is no mentioning what so ever regarding products.
