Product sorting order doesn't work

Hi All,

I have some products that I want to display in a perticular order e.g. prod A -1 prod B-2 and so on. In the product atributes, I have given them numbers to display in the proper order but it doesnt work. Any idea why?

The sort order field was deprecated because now it uses the sort select box on the main page. This gives the customers the ability to sort the way they want to see them.

Just to help others. I found that the products are displayed in alphabetical order by default. So if you need similar products to be together when the page loads, you can use the names.

e.g. table lamp green
table lamp blue,
table lamp yellow

instead of green table lamp, blue table lamp and yellow table lamp.

I am trying to display my product, but there seems to be a limit or something.
I have 139 products with I have placed in different categories.

I created them in a database, but Opencart only shows 25 of them.

I originally thought it might be the sort numbering, so I changed them from 1 to 139, no luck

I can't figure out why they do not come up in OC.

I upgraded my OC from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2, I understand that I might be using an old template. How do I upgrade to the correct template.

Just set the template to the default one and then check to see if you can see them all. If you can, it's the template, if you still can't it must be something else.

Did you enable them? What version of OpenCart? V129 had a bug with pagination that would hide some. Be sure to use 1.3.2 or later
