Store .php instead of of the .tpl

Hi

Im trying to replace the store file with a php file as in my OWN: domain.com/store/index.php

The original opencart store has its own index.php with some vital configuration. If I need to use my own php file, what scripts from the original php file I need to subtract and put above my "<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC.." ?
