Need a mod that create time options for selected shipping

I've been searching for a mod that can create options allowing customers to choose delivery time for selected shipping. I'm aware of the delivery date pro extension, but I need one that only applies to certain shipping method.
E.g. If customers choose registered shipping, the delivery time options (i.e. 8am to 12noon, 2pm to 5pm or 6pm to 9pm) will be displayed. But if standard shipping is selected, no option is displayed. It should also apply to selected geo zone.
Any help or recommendations appreciated.
