Special Order - pricing feature

Some items require a Special Order type of status, not regularly carried but still must be paid to then order from supplier, could be highly customized this or that type of item, might also require special specifications per order as well

Would be great if there were a way to designate an item as "Special Order" so that customers know that there could be a delay in receiving the item and that there could be needed correspondence to nail down the order/item details
