UPS & USPS Settings DON'T Save!

When I put in all the info to use USPS and UPS as my shipping methods, I click save and the page just reloads and keeps the info. It doesn't say that its been saved. So when I go out of that area and come back in, everything is BLANK! There is NO error anywhere in UPS, but I see this error in the USPS area:
Notice: Undefined variable: error_girth in /home/(username)/public_html/new/admin/view/template/shipping/usps.tpl on line 445
What's going on

What version of opencart?
Did you upgrade?
Girth applies to USPS only, and was removed in 1.5.1.1 (iirc) in favor of autocalculating it from the dimensions.
That shouldn't affect UPS.

Thanks Qphoria, I did fix THAT issue, however, now when I'm going to put in the username for USPS (which is my email address) it says it's too long. SO am I going to have to set up a NEW USPS account with something shorter than my e-mail or can I change this somewhere??

No usps isn't an email address. You are likely signing up for Click n Ship which is not the same as the USPS api account
You need to signup for usps here:
