Royal mail setup instructions

Hi All.

Would someone be so kind as to provide me with royal mail setup instructions? Also, do i have to do something with the geo zones? I have no idea.
I want to setup my website so that I can deliver worldwide.

Its already active on my website (see signature for link) but it doesn't seem to give me the correct prices.
