Cannot move to step 2

Sorry
May I ask a question that I cannot move to step 2
when I click the continue button in the step 1 page, it cannot be clicked
and My magic quotes GPC is required to be turned off
How can i solve these problems?

i solve the problem of magic_quotes

but i still cannot move to step 2 as a result of the button of continue still not work
