You did a very good job. I installed OpenCart without problem. Everything works fine. But there are still something that should be improved. Here are my suggestions:
1.In the admin panel, it'd better have tools to edit 'Greeting' message, just like 'Information' pages and can put any image beside the text (or up, down etc.). This way we don't have to edit 'home.php' file. There are many newbies out there.
2.If you click 'Review' item, the five yellow star doesn't show very nice.
3.Better have somewhere to put ads code, like wordpress plugin 'Adman'.
4.Better have more choices for the themes.
5.I suggest you refer to this site: http://www.ecshop.com, a Chinese website that also offers opensource shopping cart, the package can be downloaded at: http://download.ecshop.com/2.5.0/ecshop.v2.5.zip. Interface can be English, but their software needs some time to learn, anyway it's good.
The best of OpenCart is its tidy and clean interface, easy to understand and configure, I like it. Thank you.
