Hi All,

Has anyone else experienced this?

In the Admin screen I went into look at the customer page by going to Sales->Customers->Customers and the list was empty.

I have customers because I can see their orders and they've checked out but the customer list is empty. Trying to sort by the customer's name or any other option brings up the response "No Results"

I'm on version 1.5.1.3 and have no idea why it's not pulling up any of the customers.

Anyone know how to fix this?

OC user since Oct. '11 - Yep I'm new to it. - OC Version 1.5.1.2

a. Check the logs to see if there is any issue with module.
b. Check if database table 'customer' and see if there are any records in that table.

I have the same problem on Version 1.5.3.1

As you can see it has 89 records.
What is wrong. How to fix it?

I too came upon this issue when upgrading to 1.5.4 from a 1.4 installation.
I checked PHPmyadmin and noticed there was no entry in customer_group_description to match the customer group known as 'default' (where all my customers are).
When I created an entry for the corresponding customer_group_id in the customer_group_description the customers again appeared in the admin.
