after upgrade everything missing?

Hi,
I upgraded from 1.4.9 to 1.5.0 and exchanged all files except config.php and admin/config.php .
Installed correctly etc. But now, everything is gone from my shop! products, catalog, users! This is a disaster.
I did a backup. Is there a way to put all of this info back in my shop?

Please please help me..

Can I just copy the "catalog" folder and replace it with this new one? or will this mess up the upgrade even more?
All I want is my products, prices, users and order history to return..

Hi - this happened to us the other day, will monitor this as we couldnt solve either.

However, we did back up sql database and site beforehand, so we were ok. Hope u did??? If not, good luck.

Run the SQL through phpmyadmin will do. Import it in. There's an import button in phpmyadmin

The exact same thing has happened to me.

I followed the beta3 script's instructions exactly and nothing.

You say run the SQL, but which one? The ones I see in the beta3 AND the upgrade one in the install of 15.1 say don't use them if you're upgrading from 1.4

Please help us here.

the person has a different situation. he wanted to import back his old database he backed up...
