Need Help on HTML E-mail

Hello ..
I need to know how to remove the Order ID from the E-mail sent to Costumers and from the subject of E-mail
Second thing when i've changed the Store LOGO on the E-mail template the new logo is always attached to the E-mail can i fix this
and how to add the costumer name on the E-mail
"EX: Hello (Costumer name) ...
Thank you for your interest in our products. Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed."
