Category Listing on an Information Page 1.5.1.3

I have more than 50 categories and more than 500 sub-categories.
On home page i've selected 9 important ones and add as image menu to header.tpl which is working fine..
Also i put a All Categories button to that group. I need to create an information page to list all categories as blocks. But i couldn't find the code block which can be add to information page and show all categories and sub-categories and linked to related category page..

Please help...
