Multiple Vulnerabilities in OpenCart 1.5.2.1

Yes this has been reported yesterday as well. We are looking into them.. so far they are turning out to be false positives

My hosting company informed me of this in 2012 and changed my product.php file and told me not to reinstate it, but to upgrade to the newest version.

Today I did a fresh back up my sql and a a fresh install and tried to restore the sql I think I had error 50. Is there an easy way to upgrade from 1.5.4 to 1.5.6?
And most importantly has this security issue been resolved in the newest version?
