Dutch language support

Hey,

I currently have OpenCart version 1.5.2.1 with the following plug-in:

I followed all the instructions, uploaded the files and also added the language in the localization area..

When i enable the language, it works in the front-end, not back-end.

When i disable the ENGLISH language, it fails to open and the following error occurs:

Could anyone help me out with this situation?
