Looking for a shipping extension

Hi

I have a total-based shipping method working on my current store, but there is one product that needs to have a per-item based shipping.

i.e. Product 1 is $0.85 per item (1-4 items). If there is more than 4 of this item, then it is simply part of the global total and therefore the total-based shipping will accommodate these items.

Is there an extension that does this, either free or commercial?

I have a Product-Based Shipping extension that allows you to set different rates types (per-item, total-based, volume-based, or weight-based) for individual products or groups of products.
