Would like a shipping method for Singapore Post. Willing to pay.
Also, would like a function in which, selected payment will only allow certain Shipping method.
For example, Cash on Delivery will only be available for Pickup from Store

Why do you want an extension fOr Singapore post? Or you just want to rename the shipping name to Singapore post? Because I live in Singapore and from what I know, sing post don't have anything you can track or what. You just dump the item on their table and they mail within 3 days.
I managed to rename that, however, they have registered mail and everything, including mailing out of countries. If we were to use normal postage, I would agree with you on that.
