You could also use anything you want to create html landing pages for a special and put them in your root folder or another one with links to products in your store.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
So if you do Admin > Catalog > Information > Insert to post a promotion can you then have a product (just one) with a "special price" ? I'm trying to have a "secret" buy page for someone to do a promotion and pay a % of the purchases to the promotion partner.
